2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our products or services.

5. Personalised Programmes

Personalised programmes are prepared using the information voluntarily supplied by the Client.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful, complete and accurate.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the suitability of recommendations.

6. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Prices displayed on our website may be changed at any time without affecting confirmed orders.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Kivalia Care and Slimming does not store payment card information.

7. Digital Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Standard digital products are generally available immediately after payment.

Personalised programmes are normally delivered within 2 to 5 business days after payment and receipt of all required information.

No physical products are shipped.

8. Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, WhatsApp or email.

Clients are responsible for attending appointments on time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Because personalised programmes are created specifically for each Client, they are generally non-refundable once preparation has commenced or the completed programme has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Kivalia Care and Slimming does not guarantee any specific:

  • Body measurements

  • Cosmetic outcome
