2. Personalised Programmes
Personalised nutrition and wellness programmes are individually created based on the information provided by each Client.
As these services require professional time, assessment and individual preparation, they are considered customised products.
Once preparation of a personalised programme has commenced, or the completed programme has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Meal Plans

Downloadable Resources

Digital Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been made available for download, access or delivery.
Refunds will not be granted because:

You did not read the product description.

You expected different personal results.

You failed to download the product.

You did not use the product.
4. Coaching Services
Coaching services involve the allocation of professional time and resources.
Refunds are not available for:

Completed coaching sessions.

Missed appointments.
-
Sessions where the Client fails to attend.

Sessions cancelled outside the applicable cancellation period.
Unused prepaid coaching sessions may only be refunded where required by law or where expressly approved in writing by KIVALIA Clinical Body.
5. Aesthetic Treatments
Payment for aesthetic treatments covers professional time, equipment, consumables and appointment availability.
Refunds will not be issued because:

Expected cosmetic results differ from personal expectations.

Results develop more slowly than anticipated.

The Client chooses not to complete a treatment plan.

The Client fails to follow aftercare instructions.

The Client's lifestyle affects treatment outcomes.
Body contouring and wellness treatments produce results that vary from one individual to another.
No specific aesthetic outcome is guaranteed.
6. Appointments
Clients who are unable to attend an appointment should notify KIVALIA Clinical Body as early as possible.
Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in the loss of the booked session and any associated fees.
Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
7. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment has been made due to a technical or processing error, KIVALIA Clinical Body will issue a full refund of the duplicated amount after verification.
8. Incorrect Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction.
Where an error is confirmed, the incorrect amount will be refunded promptly using the original payment method.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.
Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
Approval of an exceptional refund remains entirely at the discretion of KIVALIA Clinical Body, except where consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
10. Medical Contraindications
If, before a treatment begins, KIVALIA Clinical Body determines that a booked treatment cannot safely be performed due to a medical contraindication, we may, at our discretion:

Offer an alternative suitable treatment.

Offer a credit towards another service.

Reschedule the appointment.

Issue a refund where appropriate.
This decision will be based on professional judgement and applicable legal obligations.
11. Dissatisfaction With Results
Every Client responds differently to nutrition programmes and aesthetic treatments.
Refunds will not be granted solely because:

Desired weight-loss goals were not achieved.

Body measurements did not change as expected.

Cosmetic improvements differed from expectations.

Results took longer than anticipated.
Results depend on numerous factors, including:

Genetics

Age
-
Hormonal profile

Medical history

Lifestyle

Hydration

Nutrition

Physical activity

Sleep quality

Compliance with professional recommendations
12. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact KIVALIA Clinical Body before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Suspension of services.

Cancellation of future appointments.

Recovery of outstanding fees.
-
Legal action where appropriate.
13. Processing Time
Where a refund has been approved, it will normally be processed within ten (10) business days.
The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
14. Payment Method
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Consumer Rights
