DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy explains how digital products and personalised programmes purchased from Kivalia Care and Slimming, trading as KIVALIA Clinical Body ("KIVALIA", "we", "our", or "us"), are delivered to our customers.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Digital Delivery Policy.


1. Scope

This Policy applies to all digital products sold by KIVALIA Clinical Body, including but not limited to:

  • Personalised Nutrition Programmes

  • Personalised Wellness Programmes

  • Personalised Meal Plans

  • Digital Coaching Resources

  • E-books

  • PDF Guides

  • Educational Materials

  • Downloadable Resources

  • Digital Wellness Products

No physical products are shipped.


2. Delivery Method

All products are delivered electronically.

Depending on the product purchased, delivery may take place by:

  • Secure download link

  • Email

  • Client portal (if available)

  • Shopify digital download

  • Secure file transfer

  • Other electronic delivery methods

No printed copies will be sent unless expressly stated.


3. Personalised Programmes

Personalised nutrition and wellness programmes require professional assessment and individual preparation.

Delivery is normally completed within 2 to 5 business days after:

  • Full payment has been received; and

  • All required questionnaires, measurements and requested information have been submitted by the Client.

If additional information is required, preparation will begin only after all requested information has been received.


4. Standard Digital Products

Digital products that do not require personalisation, such as e-books or downloadable guides, are generally delivered immediately after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or technical processing.


5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when the product has been:

  • Sent to the email address provided by the Client;

  • Made available through a download link;

  • Uploaded to the Client's account (where applicable); or

  • Otherwise made electronically accessible.

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate.


6. Incorrect Email Address

KIVALIA Clinical Body is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from:

  • Incorrect email addresses;

  • Typographical errors;

  • Full mailboxes;

  • Spam or junk mail filtering;

  • Internet service provider restrictions.

If you believe you have not received your digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.


7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all products within the stated timeframes, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Payment verification;

  • Technical issues;

  • High order volumes;

  • Public holidays;

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Where significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.


8. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information;

  • Completing all required questionnaires for personalised programmes;

  • Checking spam and junk mail folders;

  • Downloading and securely storing delivered files;

  • Contacting us promptly if delivery has not been received within the expected timeframe.


9. Access to Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are supplied for the personal use of the purchasing Client only.

Products may not be:

  • Shared;

  • Copied;

  • Resold;

  • Redistributed;

  • Uploaded to third-party websites;

  • Used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.


10. Failed Delivery

If a verified technical issue prevents successful delivery, KIVALIA Clinical Body will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Resend the digital product;

  • Provide an alternative download method;

  • Resolve the technical issue as quickly as reasonably possible.


11. No Physical Shipping

KIVALIA Clinical Body does not ship physical goods in relation to the products covered by this Policy.

No shipping fees, customs duties or import taxes apply to digital products.
